Do you want to add a remote function to your pull-chain fan light or ceiling fan? This fan remote control kit will be a great add-on item when you want a remote control to turn your ceiling fan on/off, as well as turn the light on/off.

This kit is super small in size! If your fan has a very small base and the regular (common) sized receivers were too big for your fan housing, this is the only receiver you could find that would fit.

Can my fan light be suitable? Fits in any unit! The kit can work with most bulbs less than 500W in total. Please do not overload!!

Does it have a timing function? Yes, there's a timer function which is great because no more leaving a fan running all day in an empty room and worrying about the power bill.

Can it work with an LED bulb? Yes, it can work well with LED bulbs and also incandescent ones.

Does it have a dimming function? No, there is no dimmer function for your light kit. It's "on" & "off" only.

Installation is a breeze, and the looks of the remote are second to none. Just make sure you have room in the ceiling fan for the remote box. It's only a 5-wire hookup. The most challenging part was placing the receiver in the canopy. Connecting the receiver to the fan was child's play, and the receiver to the house wiring was even easier.

It comes with a fan remote holder for the wall switch or which can be mounted by the bed so that you can leave it over the wall switch or take it out like a remote. It is so nice to not get out of bed to turn the fan on or change a setting. You will love it!

Troubleshooting: 1. How to turn off the beeps? Long press the "STOP" buttons for 5 seconds, and "BEEP" will be turned "ON" or "OFF". 2. The fan speed is slower even at High? If your fan has pull chains or a wall switch, please make sure the SPEED is at Maximum and the Light is at "ON". Then you can use the remote to turn on/off the light. And the Speed will be turned back to normal now. 3. How to dim the light or reverse the fan? This fan remote does not have a dimming or reverse function. Please note this before buying. 4. I have a DC motor fan light, can this fan remote work for me? This is an AC motor fan light remote. It cannot work on a DC motor fan light. 5. If there is no answer from the fan, please check: A, Does your fan have power? B, If you have a pull chain switch or wall switch, are they on? C, Did you install the fan receiver correctly? D, Do the batteries in the remote have enough power or are they well installed? F, Are there any other RF products with the same frequency working nearby? They may disturb each other if they are working nearby. 6. Please take care of the antenna when installing the fan receiver. Do not damage the insulation. Please put the antenna outside the canopy of the fan light to get a good signal.
